Our mechanical workshop is very well equipped for many different maintenance and repair work on your rolls, pistons, shafts and columns. We take care of a quick and smooth repair so that you can continue to produce at a high level.
Our services include, for example, the replacement of the plugs of peripherally drilled calender rolls. This is independent of the design. We also open, clean and close other sealing systems properly. Afterwards we check the tightness at ambient temperature or operating temperature.
We can repair or modify the journal contour of rolls.
